Cambridge Employment Service provides a range of integrated services aimed at supporting people into employment, volunteering or training. The services include employment advice and guidance and a Refresh Garden Maintenance Service that enables clients to gain self-confidence and a wide range of work-based skills. The Service also provides access to training courses for personal and career development including IT and Assertiveness.

It is hoping to develop a new Retain/Regain service in Primary Care.
